Graduating High School Seniors: For graduating Palmyra-Macedon High School seniors pursuing an undergraduate degree. Students who graduated in 2018 or earlier are also eligible to apply for their first, second, third, or fourth scholarship within five years of graduation.
For female Urban League Black Scholars in Monroe County who are either graduating high school seniors or current college freshmen pursuing post-secondary education at a two- or four-year college or vocational/technical school.Beginning 2020: offered in even years.
