For one male and one female student who have the fifth highest, un-weighted, cumulative grade point average among their respective male and female peers. This award is based solely on academics. Committee/Selection Process

The selection process is coordinated through the Clyde-Savannah High School, which selects the recipient(s) and informs the Community Foundation.

To accept the award, recipients must inform the Community Foundation of their college and payout preferences by completing the Esther and Harry Frost Scholarship Payout Schedule Form. If this document is not submitted, the scholarship will be forfeited.

To release a scholarship payment, the recipient must complete and return the Esther and Harry Frost Scholarship Proof of Enrollment Form. This form is required to release each semester or annual payment.

NOTE: Recipients have the option to reject all or a portion of the award. Additionally, payment may be deferred for up to one year, but the award must be paid out within five years of graduating high school. Any amount remaining after five years will be forfeited.

Renewability

This scholarship is a one-time award and is not renewable; however, students may choose their individualized payment schedule. Please see the Award Announcement and Payment section above for more information.
