RPEP Resources
Rochester Procurement Expansion Program (RPEP) an initiative of Rochester Area Community Foundation, was created to expand access to business opportunities for local, small and diverse firms across the Rochester region.
Since its inception, RPEP has listened closely to local business owners to understand the barriers that limit growth. One consistent challenge we hear is this:
Public and institutional contracts represent significant opportunities — but identifying and tracking them is time-consuming, fragmented, and difficult for small businesses to manage while running day-to-day operations.
We’re helping make that easier, starting with the public bids.
(NEW) Monroe Bid Intelligence: A Consolidated Bi-Weekly Snapshot of Public Bids
In January of 2026, RPEP launched Monroe Bid Intelligence — a centralized listing of public bids across Monroe County, aggregated from 60+ sites and refreshed every other week.
This is a courtesy resource for businesses in the RPEP network.
How to Receive Bi-Weekly Bid Updates:
- Complete the RPEP Business Intake Form.
- Opt in to automatically receive updates.
- Receive bi-weekly public bid listings in your inbox every Monday.
Your completed profile also becomes part of RPEP’s internal supplier directory — helping us better understand your capabilities and connect you within our regional network.
*RPEP does not select, administer, or influence public contract awards. For bid-specific questions, please contact the issuing agency directly.
Here’s a one-time snapshot of the centralized bid newsletter you’d get when you subscribe:
