(ACTIVE) Historic Preservation, Restoration, and Literature Fund

Purpose

This fund has a twofold objective:

  • To help support the preservation or restoration of buildings, objects, or records of historical value; and
  • To develop printed literature that has a historic theme or promotes historic preservation.

Typical Grant Size

$1,000 to $5,000

Eligibility Criteria

Project must be contained and quantifiable. It is encouraged that this grant be used as a matching grant. Project must be completed within six (6) months of grant award and proof of completion must be submitted to contact below.

Applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations within the eight-county region around Rochester, NY (Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties).

Rolling application; no deadline. Applications reviewed in order received.
