Purpose

To support quality early childhood development in the City of Rochester, specifically in the areas of accreditation of centers and home-based programs, quality enrichment programs, parent education, advocacy, and programs that assist parents with child care choices.

Applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations — or be sponsored by charitable, nonprofit organizations — and serve City of Rochester children.
