Early Childhood Interest Area Funding - Applications must be postmarked by May 15, 2008. Youth & Families Interest Area RFP - For reference only. Application Forms - Other Wegman Short Form Note: To apply to the John F. Wegman Fund use the Wegman Short Form for requests of $7,500 or less.  Use the Common Application Form with Logic Model and Executive Summary for requests of more than $7,500 or with a total project budget of $15,000 or more.  Applications must be received at least 3 - 6 months before the program start date. Project Brief Application The Community Foundation also has a variety of grants available for application that require a letter or a competed Common Application Form.  Please use Search for Funding to determine what is required.
