Connecting people of diverse backgrounds and encouraging their involvement in civic life is necessary in a democracy. Below is a list of four funds at the Community Foundation that support civic engagement:
Supports projects that unify in memory of a special priest in Avon, New York.
Donors to this fund help stabilize and strengthen city neighborhoods, currently through NeighborGood grants to resident-led associations and block clubs.
The Mayor’s Office, in recognition of decreasing availability of public funds, has created this fund in support of Mayor Duffy’s mission of “One City: Rochester.”
Entrpreneur and community leader Mary-Frances Winters established this fund to encourage acceptance of racial and socio-economic diversity.
For your convenience, the Community Foundation may accept contributions using various methods. You can support a civic engagement now by using the form below to make a credit card donation (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).
All contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
For your protection, all credit card transactions are processed through a VeriSign secure site. You will not be required to provide your credit card number until you press submit on this page and are taken to the secure site.
